Para ello, el instrumento promueve la formaci\u00f3n de capacidades para desarrollar y realizar nuevos emprendimientos, negocios o empresas basados en la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por las y los estudiantes o egresados en el marco de sus tesis, memorias o trabajos de titulaci\u00f3n.
